By accessing and using the VoyageVoyager website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour's scheduled departure date. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour are non-refundable.
VoyageVoyager strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and loss of luggage or personal belongings.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of return) and all necessary visas and health certificates for the destinations visited during the tour.
VoyageVoyager acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, and local tour operators. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers, nor for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting therefrom.
